Title: can't get over 1 bar? Post by: ianpgonzaga on November 11, 2016, 12:50:07 AM hi guys
little help please! been playing around with things and looking to boost things up a little bit but i'm not sure if this is boost leak related, hardware limitation or software basically bought the car (s3) thinking why so slow? probably boost leaks! sure enough there were boost leaks. once fixed, car was back up at it. i was able to pull ~255g/s with a play of the map (at this point i couldn't get me7logger working so i only have a jpeg of the ecuxplot, sorry guys). 1st file is the "old" map 2nd file is where i played with LDRXN, KFMIRL, KFMIOP with a good result this was months ago where i've since gone back to the "old" map due to wanting to play it safe because injector DC was at 95% and didn't want to be at that level until i got my fuel pump sorted. so now the injector DC is max at 85% (i know could be better) but now the issue is i can't seem to get over 1 bar no matter what. i found a small boost leak in the charge pipe that i reckon i've sealed up (not yet pressure tested but will again soon when i got time) other than that i couldn't hear any hisses coming from anywhere. anywhere else i need to look? CSV at the following link - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/82479126/11%20nov%2016.csv (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/82479126/11%20nov%2016.csv) (too big because there's 4 runs) Title: Re: can't get over 1 bar? 2. Those runs show 1.4 bar boost, what is the problem? Title: Re: can't get over 1 bar? Post by: ianpgonzaga on November 11, 2016, 10:49:52 AM those logs that are pictured were the old ones...
The CSV that I've linked with the Dropbox link is the latest log done w/me7logger Will continue to boost leak test though and report back |
