i wanted to know if its safe to use 93oct tune with 91oct gas

depends on the tune and if it left knock recognition intact.

i wanted to use the NVR stg2 file with 91oct how could i check

Not a good idea. Plus, timing is something that almost always needs to be adjusted between setups. Lot's of things determine what optimum timing should be. Mileage on the engine is one. Using a tune built for a specific setup (and that person being an enthusiast), and then going down in octane on top of that isn't good.

do one or two pulls. if it pulls more than 10 degrees timing, it isn't really safe.

Not only that, it won't be making the power it should

on vcsd measuring block 003 ignition timing angle 9.0* - 10* in idle should i log with Vcds?
