Title: V6/VR6 24V Cheap tools Post by: RBPE on December 10, 2016, 02:37:05 PM Has anyone used the cheap ebay tools for flashing these ME7.1.1.'s? If so which ones, what did you change, more detailed aspects?
I know that, for example, on ST10's you might need to use something like x-prog on a budget to change mcu aspects as required, or certain tools giving you the mcu read etc, but wondering what you've done on the earlier ones with the cheap tools? It will allow you to make a full backup of an ST10 ecu (in bootmode), though.
