Title: Winter and ME7.5 enrichment for E85?
Post by: Antsu_FI on December 19, 2016, 02:08:28 PM
Hey. I am looking a map/factor for (winter) cold start, immediately after star (motor running). But I can not find it.
I have a picture (log) with additional information. It will sort out the problem. I need the address for a map(s)/factor. My English is...poor.

Who knows ME7.5 well?

I have noticed that, map from 18FF4 and 19084 will only affect a few minutes after start-up. Not immediately after start-up.

Does not have any special men here for ME7.5, only ME7.1?

Pido, thank you for your answer.
Yes, I am... I'll do a A4_B6_AVJ_xxx.kp for WinOLS but it is really lowly yet.

This is why I need the address for map(s). It also helps if someone tells the map(s) size to me, for example 8 x 8.
I believe that I can handle everything else.

I hope that we'll meet again.
BR. Antsu.

OTO, thanks for the good information. I am very grateful.
I found those maps. Now, I must raise values. At first, maybe 10-30%.

I (WinOls) found more maps. What might be these maps from 18C83 and 18D13 12x12?
What could be their effects if I raise these values?

Last week was really cold, about -20 C. I was raised values of 18B63 18BF3 18C83 18D13 about +30%, but it did not help.
The engine was started but then stopped as before.

OTO, thanks for the good information. I am very grateful and happy now.
I found those maps. Now, I must raise values. At first, maybe 10-30%.

I found more fun. What might be these maps from 18C83 and 18D13 12x12?

why on earth would you change the values in a map that you have no idea what it is?

Do you realize how many maps there are in ME7.5?

Nyet, I think about 70-110 maps. I need some information, just because I write here...
Am I on the wrong page?

There is a limit on minimum req lambda, and you will need to adjust that limit.

Ok. Thanks Prj. I need the address for WinOls to find the right point or map.

I found something... LAMLGFKT 1x1 was 0.7031. I think value is a sufficiently low?
LAMMN was 0,94995. Maybe it is good, I do not know.

Last weekend I got down to the value 0.766 to 0.719 but it did not help.
Cold start is still bad, if the weather is cold (< +5 C).  A mixture is still too lean immediately when I go on the road to drive.
Also, I had already raised values from maps 1127F 11329 113D3 1147D about +20%.

New note and new try to start (was -15C).
Look my logs with additional note.

This guy has the same problem as I have.

Therefore looking for KFFWLW?
what these data/startpoints mean on the KFWKSTT_x and why six (0,4,8,12,16,20) datapoins for 4 sylinder engine?
A little help would be nice...

Hi Jim_Coupe. I have tried to raise the KFFWL too and no success ;)
I think to solve this problem (my problem) does not KFFWL...

Maybe the KFWKSTT.

If someone solves this my problem then please inform me of it.
Otherwise the discussion is closed and waiting for the next winter.

Try to adjust FNSSM map it's for afterstart warmup, it helped to get mye RE85 conversion working on cold weather.
