Because I couldn't find any DAMOS files for 4B0906018DC I began working on my own map pack. If anyone is interested in helping out, please update it and attach it to this post, because A LOT OF maps aren't there yet ;) Together we can do this! :) Also there are few maps with ??? which means that I am not sure of them. Gonna keep this updated so check this topic regularly

OK, I went crazy and updated map pack with bunch of constants... ;) That's it for today, so If anyone wants to contribute, please update file with additional maps and upload it here ;)

It's compiler flag and can't be changed in final dump.
 

Any chance it might be "easy" for you to identify the prokonal bits in his file gremlin? I mean him and I have basically the same file, and I'm stumped on that part. I know they've been defined wrong. Thanks, and no worries if its to much of a pain.

Thank you very much gremlin, I will have to offset these to fit my bin, but much better than trial and error!!

UPDATE! Redefined Codeword variables so everyone could understand better what they do!

BTW: I've checked my bin data against prokon bits that gremlin suggested. Somewhere at 181A3 there's mistake, because atleast in my file there's 03. And Gremlin suggest that this bit is CDKAT. Now in funktionsrahmen CDKAT can only have 00 or 01. Looks like we're stuck again....

Area 181A2 - 181AB should be corrected I think... But I don't have any ols files to check against.

S4 bin Damos has CDLSHV at 181AB
Seat Leon has CDHSVSA at 181A2 (same as gremlin said)
All other maps are exact
neither bin has the other bit listed, and none of the bits around 181A3 can have 003?? Lost again... ???

2 questions and 1 tip...
1. Why do you think that FR document created for ONE (exactly pointed) ECU explains ALL possible versions of ME7.5 ECUs?
2. What is the reason to claim that CDKAT must be 00 or 01 only?  ;D
3. Disasm code and see what's doing bit.1 in CDKAT соdeword.

Not only that :) I've tried to zero out your suggested CDKAT bit and it did nothing to readliness. But when I edited 181A2 CAT passed section of readliness automatically

1.- Sometimes I think FR is iron clad, and I forget that this is clearly not the case based on peoples experience on here.

2.- I thought so only because of what the FR said, but I'm still learning. I was thinking based on reading it could be 00000001 or 00000000, and nothing else?

3.- I would LOVE to know how to do so, because at this point I'm just making well/sometimes ok, educated guesses based off of what I read and see. As of right now, disassembly is not something I can do. Any chance you could elaborating on how to follow first bit in CDKAT?

I think I've found it... Gonna upload my new map pack (or maybe whole ols file), because by the looks of it I've defined about 80% of all maps :)

Ok, I've changed kp to ols format in version 1.2 so everyone could open it easily and transfer maps (to similar platforms). Now, I've defined more than 100 new maps and dumped them into -DUMP- folder. Also I've added new folders to mark checked maps or in the process of checking. Folders that start with {map_id} are either OK or they're now crosschecked.

And finally I would like to say that defining maps are most time consuming process (especially maps with shared axes... hrr...). So I would like you all to contribute and help me fix and fill this ols file with EVERY SINGLE MAP in this bin  :)

This is it! :) Map pack is done. All the maps are scattered around different folders so use search, but this should be 90% of all possible maps in this file ;)

To anyone who has similar ecu I would recommend just to flash 4B0906018DC and enjoy this most complete pack for these ecu series

My winols crashes when I try to open your .ols for some reason.

EDIT: I fixed it. I am running Winols under XP mode, virtual PC(running Win7 x64) and the error was because I opened my projects from my "real" computers harddrive.

I copied over the projects I wanted to open to the virtual harddrive and alles gut, everything is smooth.

And thank you masterj very much for sharing your .ols!

masterj, what yearmodels are this 032MJ box to be found in? (which version of immo, 2 or 3? size 512 or 1024, wide or narrow?)

it is seat cupra r me7.5 1024 with wideband. immo i have disabled with virgin me7.5 eeprom file so can't really tell, but it should be 3rd version, no?

thats what i wanted to know.. as all AUQ-engines here in europe have 032HN boxes when using immo3.. so if there is a 032MJ file, using immo 2, for the same engine, that would be somewhat great.. =)
(this would be 2001 yearmodels.. as 2002> use immo3 and 032HN)

I tried to figure thode with IDA but i cant find those. I just find KFLAMKRL and DLAMOB value maps.

Can someone help me to define ESKONF bytes? I have found all the bytes positions (10D34 - 10D3A), but I do not know order of bit doubles in these bytes.

In FR doc it is written that they should be:

A lot of new maps added/fixed. All the folders starting with ** are checked via ASM.

P.S> Only thing that looks weird to me is KFFKRXTM map. Or atleast it's axes.... In most files I see they with pretty high numbers, but in my file max km/h originally is set to 83.75 km/h and engine temperature is mosly negative. Could someone confirm that atleast I have this map correctly defined (including it's axes)?

I have SAI off, rear lambda OFF....need to disable wasting fuel at cold start to heat cat.

Cat heating isn't the main function of a rich mixture on cold start.
But it also serves this purpose in conjunction with SAI :)
