Title: S4 4.2 8E0910560H SAI, EVAP and CAT delete with Readiness Post by: chain_slappinS4 on December 27, 2016, 10:33:27 AM thought i would share my settings for the 8E0910560H ecu for sai, evap and cat delete
address and id are as follows: 181A1 CDKAT = 0 181A5 CDLASH = 0 181A6 CDLDP = 0 181AA CDLSHV = 0 181B0 CDSLS = 0 181B3 CDTES = 0 181BA CWKONABG =0 --- no sai and no cat installed 19994 FKHABMN = 0 i left MSLUB (1B48C) alone, and when i checked readiness in VCDS everything showed as passed. i have all 4 O2 sensors plugged in, and SAI pump and valves removed, vac. line capped. for some reason i did not need to disable circuit diagnotics in ESKONF ( not sure why, but i need to read up on it some more, and when i figure out why, i'll update this post). i've been running this way for about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks ( 270 or so miles ) and no check engine light, and DTC's.... yet.. hope this helps..... I believe if you set CDLSV=0 (Bit B_cdlsv) than it doesn't "check" and will always show PASS. >> http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=8764.msg90946#msg90946 On another note, I haven't done anything yet for CDLDP. I do however see part# listed in ETKA for countries that do not require Leak Detection Pump with a plug at the throttle body: 034133335D Would be interesting to see if anyone has done LDP delete but still keep EVAP N80 :) Title: Re: S4 4.2 8E0910560H SAI, EVAP and CAT delete with Readiness Post by: mister t on January 05, 2017, 08:08:43 PM Awesome, thanks for the info :)

I know this thread is pretty old and outdated, but let me share my thoughts. Im pretty much a beginner, but from my understanding it should be irrelevant to set FKHABMN = 0, because the FR states that bit#1 in CWKONABG already sets B_kath=0, which in return should mean that FKHABMN = 0 isn't nessesary, am I right? Please correct me if I'm wrong, as this is more of a question :) Cheers, Soeren |
