Title: mk4 golf engine harness with a b5 a4 ecu??? Post by: EuroXs4 on January 31, 2017, 11:15:44 AM Hey guys I am wondering if its possible to use a mk4 golf engine wiring harness with a b5 a4 ecu???Just wondering if its a plug an play solution or if the ecu needs to be reflashes to a different software??Or if using a b5 a4 ecu is even possible???Im only using the engine harness and ecu nothing else.

If you look where they put the ECU´s on MK3 & 4 golfs you´ll see its only under a plastic cover by the wiper motor and they seem to survive ok.
