Golf and jetta up to mid 2007 just need a TP23, or CAN chip, whereas a 2006-2010 Passat you need to have all 8 bits of the component security data written to the key before you can program it. Mk5/6 = all precoded keys ** passats do not store immo data in cluster. It's all in ccm / ecu. Also its 7 or 12 cs bits not 8. skc + dealer key (precoded one) and your set |
