Title: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on June 29, 2017, 04:45:11 PM hi guys i converted my AEB to AWT wiring harnes, i got chip and problem is when i open 100% thortle on third gear, lambda goes to 0.020V and +25 corrections. I have no fault codes i got new O2 sensor, coils, sparc plugs, DV, fuel pump
log: 115, 118: http://www.vaglog.com/log-115_118_SyD3QTy.html 003, 020: http://www.vaglog.com/log-003_020_1r3bO.html 002, 033: http://www.vaglog.com/log-002_033_88uXv.html the car go nice on first and secound gear but on 3rd goin not so good, Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: aef on June 29, 2017, 10:49:41 PM There is almost verything wrong.
-vcds logs instead of me7logger -iat (in case the vcds header is correct) -injection time -throttle closing -pedal position missing in log (did you try to run wot until redline?) where are you located? hot weather? If this is a tune, start with stock file and log again. Fix hardware error from there. fuelpump and intercooler would be good to start. Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on June 30, 2017, 09:37:07 AM ok thx i will buy the kkl cable cuz i have only vcds cable, i have in my car new fuel pump, new fuel filter and new fuel regulator and new IC cuz my old was w/o place to MAP so i buy new NRF IC
Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on July 04, 2017, 11:36:29 AM I put stock file to ecu but i edited only KRKTE to 0.07870 (0280150431 injectors) and change injectors from stock AEB to this bigger injectors. Later i make a log but only 16/s cuz vcds cable disconect on 20/s. I want to make 0.8-1.0 boost cuz i have smal IC (new). What maps i shuld edit and how? I know i need change LDRXN for boost but what more? I am noob plz help ( i study all time Tuning s4 wiki:D). I got new hybrid turbo for 220-240, new IC, new DV, new coil and spark plus, belts chains oil pump, new 02 sensor, new fuel pump (stock) new fule filter, and new FPR

Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: rogerius on July 06, 2017, 01:01:25 AM so what that mean hardware issue? software? You need to log with ME7 Loger a 3rd gear pull to redline, of the variables usually used. Then many people here will help you diagnose your problem. You cant just swap injectors and leave the stock values. No wonder why your fueling is trash Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on July 06, 2017, 03:30:49 AM Editing injection amount without changing the voltage offfset table is stupid. http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=2477.0title= (http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=2477.0title=) but nothing change i think this values is for 3bar fpr but i have 4 bar fpr, or just it incorrect, i take a logs, what i shold do to take even stock performance, i pay 100$ one guy for chip but he dont even change krkte and tfub and dont wanna pay anymore Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: _nameless on July 23, 2017, 12:16:14 PM what fuel injectors again {im not going to read threw this whole mess} list me exact hardware you are running and the ffile version you are using and ill help you make a file for your setup
Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on July 23, 2017, 02:08:56 PM - 0280150431 fuel inejctors @ 4 bar fpr
- turbo k03s/k03 tfsi 220-240 power - downpipe - AEB block (no VVTI tensioner) - stock IC - no SAI no EVAP no n249 no post cat o2 sensor - no DTC only for can-bus and ecu relay, new fuel pump filter and fpr, new coils, spark plug i run on soft from last post (fuelchekok.bin with changed krkt and tfub ONLY) i put on this post stock file Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on August 13, 2017, 02:57:08 AM i got some question i still fight with my car:
- did 1.8t got KFNW map? i want set it to all 0 cuz i dont have vvt,i i want check effect of this but i cant find any xdf for 1.8t with this map, i saw 2.7t got this map - on log i have bts lambda rich reqest (component protection), this reqest is based only on calculated EGT or something more? - what voltage on knock sensor ECU recognize knock? cuz i have very bad timing but i dont know why Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on August 21, 2017, 03:56:16 AM ok no1answer but i will update this thead till i will solve my problem mby in future it will help some1, so i have brand new ngk ntk maf sensor. I make a log and car going very rich now, and i have 30 g/s more on 3k rmp (its possible that old maf was death?). I have a question how to scale this fueilng via KRKTE or what? And how to avoid to go over 840 on EGT, just correct fueling on lambts?
Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: aef on August 21, 2017, 04:16:27 AM This is going to be the same answer again and again in every thread.
PLEASE post some logs. As for your vvt questions, maybe its easiest to just use eskonf (wiki). I dont know how good a MAF from NGK is, but usually they are from bosch. So the answer is, your old maf was dead, or your new ngk maf is not that acurate. Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: aef on August 21, 2017, 04:38:24 AM I did have a look into your log from june 23 and you iat is still very high.
This will cause BTS (Bauteilschutz, Part Protection) and this will reduce ignition angle. Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on August 21, 2017, 04:45:12 AM sorry i forgot logs
Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: aef on August 21, 2017, 05:55:00 AM What are your fuel trims like after you cleared dtc's and did some miles of driving?
Does it have a clean lambda1 when idling? Have you tried to fix fkkvs? Please add engine water temp to your next log. Last log stops at 5000rpm? Title: Re: lambda problem after conversion 3.8 to 7.5 AEB Post by: loseisimprove on August 21, 2017, 06:41:53 AM i log only to 5000 cuz car didnt speed up more
