Title: Witch ECU hardware to clone my ECU ? Post by: jochen_145 on July 28, 2017, 04:43:27 AM Hello together,
I am planning to use a on-bench ECU for playing around before getting the car. So I´d like to clone my ECU to be able to exchange the ECU with the car. Now I got a 8N0 906 018Q Software on a 0 261 206 436 Hardware. Witch ECU hardware I need to look for, to be able to clone my acutal ECU ? Thanks for advice Jochen Title: Re: Witch hardware to clone my ECU ? Post by: ktm733 on July 28, 2017, 05:52:10 AM Your answer is posted on nefmoto atleast 20 times.
Please search around Galleto, nefmoto can read your ecu bin Me7eeprom can read your Eeprom Title: Re: Witch hardware to clone my ECU ? Post by: jochen_145 on July 28, 2017, 06:05:58 AM sorry for not asking exactly enough:
I meant with ECU Hardware I shoud look for ? Does e.g. a 8N0 906 018 AH, Bosch HW: 0 261 207 214 fit ? Can I take over my APP-SW to the 0 261 207 214 Hardware, when I also take over the EEPROM ? Title: Re: Witch ECU hardware to clone my ECU ? Post by: gareth_iowc on July 28, 2017, 04:19:27 PM i'm no pro but i'd at least stick with an ecu starting with 8N0 906 018
Title: Re: Witch ECU hardware to clone my ECU ? Post by: jochen_145 on October 03, 2017, 07:45:52 AM Mhh, I just like to come ahead with this, so maybe some can help a little bit out:
The APP is the 1.8T 5V EURO2 D4, with two narrow-band O2-sondes, sec. air pump, but without EGR and camshaft-adjustment. ARZ engine of Golf4, ATW and ANB of Audi A4, as well as APU of Passat and AJQ of Seat-Leon should be simular engine hardware, so I expact same ECU-hardware, too. I am right with this ? In case yes, following software should use simular hardware: 8N0 906 018Q 06A 906 032 AR 06A 906 032 T 4B0 906 018 R 4B0 906 018 KX 4B0 997 018 C 4B0 997 018 BX Can someone confirm ?
