That's exactly what it is. Completely stock M-box bin with early S4 Bosch sensor tables/scaling. The car runs 100% perfectly like stock but you will have to recode your instrument cluster (bottom of the page that zillarob posted). From what I understand the 265hp models were only the Euro S4's and there was no such thing as a stock 280hp version (I could be very wrong, but have never heard of this). With this file it will run like a 100% OEM 2001.5 USA spec S4, no performance advantage of stock a-box but will give you the most compatible/supported box to tune on.
