Title: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: 10fanta on January 22, 2018, 07:56:45 AM Hello i have poblem with overrun in BAM engine. In AUM i do like this:
KFNWEGM set to max rpm KFTVSA decrease a litlle bit some value KFTVSAKAT set 1 for row with a 900c grad KFZWMN set to -19 from 4500 rpm to max on bigger load Work pefect in aum in BAM a try everythink, CWSAWE set to 1 etc doesnt work. Whats its problem ? Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: Pasteurised on January 22, 2018, 10:10:56 AM Can you upload both bin files, or screenshots of the mentioned tables.

Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: 10fanta on January 23, 2018, 08:09:24 AM Set At the highest load, in AUM work perfect...
Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: KasperH on January 23, 2018, 08:28:10 AM Firstly. Negative timing should be set at low to medium-low load, if at all needed.
Secondly. That doesn't look like KFZWMN, and why aren't your axis defined? How do you know where and what you are changing? And as a little sidenote; why did you set KFNWEGM to max RPM? Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: brs on January 23, 2018, 08:44:45 AM why did you increase KFZWMN on medium-low load ?
Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: adam- on January 23, 2018, 08:48:06 AM What is load when you lift?
Clue: it's not 240. Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: sonique on January 23, 2018, 09:26:21 AM this it not good ;)

Axis ? doesnt care... its not a problem. From aum and works pefect only when above 4500... but this solution doesnt work in BAM... AUM file is ok but BAM file very bad Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: 10fanta on January 23, 2018, 01:31:47 PM there is a world of difference between two files.. AUM file is ok but BAM file very bad Yep there is a good answer bro thanks :) So let's start... KFNWEGM - aum go to hifg rpm work / BAM ? KFTVSA decrease a litlle bit some value, BAM ? Whats its problem ? To long time or what ? KFTVSAKAT set 1 for row with a 900c grad / BAM ? KFZWMN set to -19 from 4500 rpm to max on bigger load - this its intrested you say to put -value in lowest load ? I wouldn't have this staff on lowest rpm ! Only when ride above 4500/ BAM file where is the problem ? CWSAWE in AUM doesnt touch / in BAM ? :O Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: KasperH on January 23, 2018, 01:43:15 PM 1. http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=7174.105 - KFNWEGM someone say set to max bla bla bla... 2. Axis ? doesnt care... its not a problem. From aum and works pefect only when above 4500... but this solution doesnt work in BAM... 1. KFNWEGM is resume engine speed map, And not really needed for overrun. This is also mentioned somewhere in that thread. 2. But it seems like you are having problems? KFZWMN on my file from BAM is adres 1756C right ? I change axis etc set this and try. Other thinks ? KFNWEGM - ? KFTVSA - ? KFTVSAKAT - dont touch ? KFZWMN -I now CWSAWE - 01 Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: adam- on January 23, 2018, 03:01:19 PM Think what you're trying to achieve. You are not at 150+ load when you lift.

KFNWEGM - ? KFTVSA - its funny someone say set right this someone say right this... whats time is it ? And tell me why in AUM have lowest value then BAM KFTVSAKAT - on high temp set 1 ? CWSAWE - 01 Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: KasperH on January 23, 2018, 11:57:12 PM 100001 And other what about other ? KFNWEGM - ? KFTVSA - its funny someone say set right this someone say right this... whats time is it ? And tell me why in AUM have lowest value then BAM KFTVSAKAT - on high temp set 1 ? CWSAWE - 01 I already explained KFNWEGM. KFTVSA is overrun in seconds. KFTVSAKAT is overrun in milliseconds at given cat temperature. Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: adam- on January 24, 2018, 12:45:36 AM I think your definition is bad.

Cause when I look at the map you are changing, it doesn't look right Title: Re: Problem Overrun in 8N0906018BH Post by: 10fanta on February 01, 2018, 04:32:42 AM It's possible, my adress is 1756C
