Title: traction control without MAF sensor? me7.5 Post by: up50lut3 on May 04, 2018, 02:03:29 PM hey guys,
as title states. is it possible to still have active traction control when running without a maf sensor? AWP 1.8t me7.5 with the maf not installed the t/c light is on and always disabled. is there any effective coding or variables i can chage to eliminate this from happening and the switch still work?? thanks in advaced! Title: Re: traction control without MAF sensor? me7.5 Post by: _nameless on May 04, 2018, 05:47:53 PM It was discussed a few times. It's called the asr hack. You kill the error message reported to can and unless you can figure that out on your own I doubt anyone e will reveal how. Alternatively you can change the abs module coding (mk60 modules). You can also log into canbus and disable abs to hide the lights. Both are a hack and I dont reccomend doing it those ways. Master of fact all of it's a hack

I haven't tried this myself so I cant confirm that tho. So may not need to set claim? Idk pissibly someone else can add more ? Except when the ENTIRE of the rest of the ECU depends on load to make decisions. See also: the OP Sure, it works "OK", but you'll be chasing gremlins forever. Or just ignore them and say "OMG i'm running speed density so I'm fast" when you really mean "limp mode alpha-n".
