Title: help with rear 02's mk4 r32( have some locations already)
Post by: up50lut3 on July 29, 2018, 11:58:11 PM
hey all,

i can't find a damos or xdf for my ecu.. ive tried others to compare but to no avail.

I still have the rear 02's but no cats. i can either delete them or numb them to go through emissions but i cant figure out which bit is what for ither situation

anyone with a little insight as to whats what would be much appreciated

0x18194 is where control bits start.

i have the are where the control bits are but cant find the correct addresss for

You maybe able to numb ME7's sensitivity (note: untested) using: [55][56]

AHKATMN (0x18672) - leave alone
AHKATMX (0x18673) - set to max
AHKATS (0x18674) - set to max
AHKATSB (0x18675) - set to max

....or

 CDHSH - Post cat O2 heater diagnosis
CDHSHE - Post cat O2 heater amplifier diagnosis
CDLATV - Lambda sensor aging diagnosis (tv) in OBDII-Mode (inverse: EURO-Mode)
CDLASH - Lambda sensor aging diagnosis (SHK) in OBDII-Mode (inverse: EURO-Mode)
CDLSH - Post cat O2 sensor diagnosis
CDLSHV - Lambda sensor sensor interchange recognition (N/A for vehicles equipped with a single post cat sensor, IE 1.8t and certain vr6)
CWKONLS (0x181BB) - Vehicles with 4 installed sensors - change from 51 (0x33/00110011b) to 17 (0x11/00010001b)[58] Vehicles with 2 installed sensors (default value 3), set to 1. When setting CWKONLS CDLSH must also be configured to prevent malfunction in circuit DTC's.
CWKONLS.1 = 0
CWKONLS.5 = 0
Change these to disable rear O2 lambda control:[59][60]

CLRHK (0x11A87) - Code word for Lambda - Bit 0 is Control post cat on/off. Set bit 2 and 0, clear bit 3 to disable; i.e. set from 72 (0x48/01001000b) to 5 (00000101b)[61]
CLRHK.0 = 1
CLRHK.2 = 1
CLRHK.3 = 0
CLRHK.6 = 0 (don't care)
CLRSHK - Wideband vehicles use CLRSHK. In these the default value is typically 16 (0x10/0001000b). Set bit 0 (and possibly set bit 2 and clear bit 3?) to disable (set to 5?)
CLRSHK.0 = 1
CLRSHK.2 = 1(?) unconfirmed.
CLRSHK.3 = 0(?) unconfirmed.
CLRKA (0x11A72) - set to 0[62]

Hey Mate,

I'll take a look at your file in a few hours, and export a map pack with all the maps you're after :)

Hello  :) ,

Attached is your R32_EG file with the entire Project Konfiguration table defined in an OLS, compatible with WinOLS 2.24/2.26.
I can give you an entire map pack in english specially designed for Stage 1/ Stage 2 tuning if you're happy to pay for it.
