Title: Vw Golf Med9 problem when try to boost over 1.55 bar Post by: roman_auto on August 26, 2018, 07:19:36 AM Hi all
2l tfsi,we put K04,Injectors from S3 and autotech hpfp, now it was very hard to calibrate the westgate as at the start we had huge overboost, so after serval runs i manage to tune it too 1.5Bar all perfect, now as i requast load from 190 and now 220 , on high revs car cut and requast boost drop too 600 or similar numbers, are we missing something here why cant get requast 1.8bar, when we requast 1.4 bar and then we have overboost with westgate it doesnt cut, but if we just change the requast to 220 its start cut in high revs with low boost requast. You can see on V3 all ok on 1.5 boost, V5 we just change requast and ldrxn, I attached log+files, Will be glad for some help. You have throttle intervention around 5k, but there could be torque intervention happening way before that. Have you logged Timing Retard? If you've got excessive timing correction, the ECU could be pulling load. Yes i check retards and now they on 0 all the way so no pull back from this, and yes i read wiki on me7 , but there is still mods for this boost 2 bar and 1.8, so the question is, how i can make 1.8 bar without any cuts, Title: Re: Vw Golf Med9 problem when try to boost over 1.55 bar Post by: roman_auto on August 27, 2018, 12:48:36 AM Hi

You can't spot one offhand that applies to your log? If i had to guess, positive deviation. Not sure why you didn't throw a code. Title: Re: Vw Golf Med9 problem when try to boost over 1.55 bar Post by: roman_auto on August 28, 2018, 01:43:27 AM Thanks i already change the and mod the delta, i raised LDRXN to much higher and still on 1.9 bar something is happen, all axis in my map are stock, beside KFMIOP that i raised load to 180 200 , all other axis is stock and i think need alter some axis for this K04 mod,

Fix that first. My N75, Wastegate and BOV all replaced. Previous my boost is uncontrollable and hit 2bar and power cut. After fixing it now is target at 1.8bar but it will still cut. ECU is tune and tuner mention is my HW issue. Since i already replace the part. I not sure where else to find. High chance is DSG limiting the Torque request. |
