Title: finding ram logging variables for ME7logger .ecu files
Post by: golfputtputt on September 12, 2018, 08:47:27 PM
How do you locate the addresses and information for logging variables? Me7info doesn't deliver the variables I need.

I'm more interested in having the ability to find variables on my own than just getting the info for particular ones.

Can you do it in WinOLS? Currently trying to dissect LAMKO.

You need to disassemble using IDA pro. Also this tool might be extended:

What software are you using?   There may be an A2L / damos out there with the locations you need.

also, SB_GLI, while I have your attention, I've been studying a log you posted in rate my tunes and There are these enrichment dips in lamsbg_w (AFR desired) during part throttle transitions (gear change, throttle re-opening after closing (acceleration tip-in)). What's responsible for these dips and why does desired not just remain lambda=1?

attached is your log
