Title: Maximum indexed engine torquet (MDIMX) (MED17)
Post by: Blezz on October 03, 2018, 03:42:45 AM
Hi,

Been thinking about this, due to MED17 beeing that it is (Numbercruncher deluxe)
Shouldnt this valuve help out whit reserving fuel?

Thinking like this. When you done whit your TOP end tune and the car works as you want..
Shuldnt this bee good at lowering the consumption of the car if you set it at 75% or 50%...?

Ex, you want 100g of fuel, but the MDIMX says i can only get 50% of it.
and then its 50g per cyckle..

And then i make some copie, Ex MIDIX-MIDIX0-MIDIX1 and set 100% - 75% - 50%
And after that, i put in some mapswitch software, and tahdaaa, easy peasy tuneing aint greasy!

What ya think?

All the security measures thats in Motronics ECU, this should be possible witchout damaging the engine.. :)
and due to turbo mesurements beeing tourqe based.. this should be possible.. ye?
