Post by: cam on February 14, 2012, 03:57:13 AM
Hi, has anybody correctly tuned Siemens 875cc?

KRKTE without missfires, good voltage settings?

Thanks all ...

TVUB
8V - 2,4672
10V - 1,6
12v - 1,0976
14V - 0,8
16V - 0,5984

KRKTE
0,03413

injectors working at stock fpr ...

Idle seems good, ride is good and smooth without missfires and cold start is good too ... MV not readed yet.

Please keep posting upgraded specs and if you have part# then that too. This will help somebody in the future.

I have 3bar fpr what i know (not measured now).

Now trying to set injectors before i change engine with new with forged internals and big turbo, regulated fpr and many more.

krkte 0,4693 i have had on 630cc.

I will post injector sheet.

I have done calculations for 630cc at 3bar (I know its just a starting point!), and I come up with .051xx. I'm not saying anything at all, just making a note of it. If your fuel trims look good, then its good. Maybe just another example of how calculations, and real world can be very different.

Cam it seems you and I are on the same path, big turbo, forged internals. Of course you have way more experience than I, but I look forward to watching, and hopefully learning from your process. :)

I want about 600HP :-)
I hope GT40 can be enough ...

Thanks for posting but Jesus, another sheet with wrong values. Look at multiplier for 50.03 PSI. The show it lower than surrounding values for 44.95 and 54.96...

875 or 870?

I'll be tuning for some 870's soon. Maybe I'll share some info  :)

600!!!! That will be a feat!! I'm hoping for a modest 300whp with GT2860RS. But really, if she runs nice I don't care. I'll be happy if it starts when its cold, and has factory feel. Surprise a few American muscle would be nice also.

I think GT40 is considered enough.

I thought Tony posted correct data sheet for 630cc a while back, unless that is the sheet he posted?

I have 875cc - Siemens FI114992.

rob: I have tuned 400HP on GT28RS, good cold starts, good warm start, slow rides and all cruising modes ;) 300HP is very conservative for this relative big turbo :)

You mean 400chp, which is roughly 300whp, which is ^^^ what I posted. AWD, 25% drivetrain loss yes? It's good to know about your experience. I hope I can bounce some ideas off of you when I get in trouble :D

382whp - measured on dyno ... I have it on 2wd not on awd car (VW Golf III).

Nice! I believe that engine is transverse as opposed to the longitudinal A4 engine that I am working with. Add that, and the AWD vs FWD, and I'll probably see ~ 320whp?....Or so I've read.

**Sorry to anybody reading this, as this has NOTHING to do with 875cc fuel injectors. If this wasn't cam's thread to start with, I would have moved this elsewhere.

AGU from Octavia in VW Golf III ...

It is not much off topic ... :)

Today i have succesfully tuned 1.8T 132kW with 630cc for E85 (238cHP and 365cNm) with stock turbo, so i will tune my TT :)

Now i need change timing belt and tensioner so tomorrow i can continue with tests with 875cc calibrations ...
