Title: Nmax is @ 5000 rpm after FTOMN - set to 0 when clutch pressed @ 6000Rpm WHY? Post by: staffordshire on January 05, 2019, 08:08:18 AM A little late, but all a happy new year and I wish you all a great year! !STAY TUNED!
Ecu = 022906032CE Golf MKV R32 BUB --> Ecu is converted from DSG --> Manual Transmission No dtc! (no cats) VCDS Block 066 detect Clutch & Brake switch! What the intention was to do *Bang on gearshift @ Nmax (when shifting between 6500Rpm --> 7050Rpm) *Launch control ON, clutch in full WOT --> 2 step What has changed NMAX - NMAXOG - NMAXDVG all set to 7050rpm Rev limiter set @ 7050RPM KFTSRL last column al set to --> 0 FTOMN --> 0 CWSAWE --> 1 Result in: Revlimiter is max 5000RPM ??? BIGGGGG BANGS @5000 rpm , Clutch pressed while drive limiter is @ 6000RPM --->and a nice Bang :D :D I did notice also an 2 step limiter a few times?? Clutch in full WOT (lower RPM and fatser rev oscillation) --> LC Slow driving clutch in MAX rpm is lower and fatser rev oscillation --> 2 step launch control?!?!?! And i had a feeling it was everytime the same, looks like it take diffrent maps sometimes But not test it to much because after launch and nmax stop @ 5000 rpm you get the steering wheel almost against your face. ------ Changed FTOMN back to 1 Results in: Revlimiter is @ 7050RPM No bangs And No Pops ---- Can somebody tell me what goes wrong? And need to be changed? video as explanation https://we.tl/t-N2Q4HXnmvl My files added also!! Thank you all for your wisdom! ;D ;D Title: Re: Nmax is @ 5000 rpm after FTOMN - set to 0 when clutch pressed @ 6000Rpm WHY? Post by: adam- on January 05, 2019, 11:05:37 AM That's not how you do it at all. That's not launch control. You won't get NLS without ASM.
What you've achieved is a hard cut limiter, but you never changed the axis or read the thread properly so now it does it after 5k. |
