Title: Re: MED9 2.0 TFSI STAGE 3 Post by: _nameless on February 16, 2019, 11:27:45 AM You have underboost deviation by about .8 bar around 2700rpm. Fueling looks ok and timing seems good. Lower ldrxn in the trouble spot or add duty cycle to the n75 to try and meet request or the last solution is to numb underboost deviation
Title: Re: MED9 2.0 TFSI STAGE 3 Post by: koziol2711 on February 16, 2019, 11:55:40 AM Today after the first warm up of the engine he went to 7000 rpm can be seen in several logs, in the last log 001-230-115 only to ~5,5 tyś ..
even if it starts from 3500 rpm when I do not perform underboost, the problem still occurs at 5500 revolutions per minute Title: Re: MED9 2.0 TFSI STAGE 3 Post by: gman86 on February 16, 2019, 03:08:37 PM IS38 on EA113 engine? How, it's a headifold design for the Gen 3 EA888.
Title: Re: MED9 2.0 TFSI STAGE 3 Post by: 199X on February 19, 2019, 12:03:18 AM With throttle angle still high (fully open), N75 values fairly consistent and a normal boost request, it looks more like the throttle inlet pipe you are using is potentially sucking shut as that drop off in boost does not seem to be as a result of anything requested by the ECU. I would however, have expected the N75 DC to rise as it deviated, is the WGDC being run in open loop?
