Title: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: RallyeCAV606 on June 15, 2019, 10:46:36 AM I have an AGU engine with big turbo setup, 60 lbs Deka injectors and totally converted to BAM ecu.
I disable EGT sensor,VVT,N249,CAT,O2 and N75 and have Greddy boost control. My problem is that at idle and partial load I have lambda requested less than 1 (0.99 idle and low as 0.95 some time at partial load) even if I have LAMFA tuned to 1.1 at low loads. Full load is OK Also from VCDS I see that my specified load is high as 92% at idle and around 190% at partial load where actual load derived from VCDS is the same (around 60%) as Greddy shows (0 mbar boost) and around 30% at idle.. Also I can't find any corrections from EGT knock or coolant to take place. What am I missing here. What I can made wrong and have this requested values. Attached my tune till now . ECU is 8N0906018H 363013 Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: Blazius on June 15, 2019, 11:44:41 AM I have an AGU engine with big turbo setup, 60 lbs Deka injectors and totally converted to BAM ecu. I disable N75 and have Greddy boost control. Why though? Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: RallyeCAV606 on June 15, 2019, 11:49:46 AM Big turbo with external wastegate. At first I had N75 with Tial external but after N75 fail I change to boost control.
But problem was there from start when N75 work ok with external wastegate Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: nyet on June 15, 2019, 12:48:12 PM With all of that disabled, you're on your own.
Also, no logs. Good luck. Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: RallyeCAV606 on June 15, 2019, 09:59:46 PM With all of that disabled, you're on your own. Also, no logs. Good luck. Please help what will be helpfull except from load and afr? Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: BlackT on June 15, 2019, 10:14:59 PM Please use ME7 loger and make some logs. Without them, we can't help you

https://s4wiki.com/wiki/Tuning#Logging_utilities ME7L allows so many simultaneous vars its pointless to ask. Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: adam- on June 17, 2019, 01:10:13 AM Fuck VCDS for logs, fuck people using BAM parts, fuck no N75 and fuck boost controllers.
No need for any of this tbh. Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: RallyeCAV606 on June 17, 2019, 02:27:59 AM Attached is log from ME7logger.
Is clearly that I have lambda part protection butI can't find why!! Also why I keep having load correct factor of coolant and air temp =1 . As coolant is above 80 and air isn't that much musn't be =0?? Title: Re: ME7.5 high afr request Post by: RallyeCAV606 on June 17, 2019, 02:30:01 AM Attached is log from ME7logger.
