Title: b5 s4 symphony radio code Post by: dilly on June 25, 2019, 07:47:56 AM so, i just got a b5 s4 6 speed and of course the radio is stuck in safe mode.
since the code i found in the manual does not work, i am assuming the previous owner swapped out the radio he had ie. double din or whatever to another used stock unit not knowing you need the security code. i assume this because i found the power and rca cables for a subwoofer in the trunk already ran. i just called Audi of Albany NY and the service manager told me since audi changed their ways, i cant simply provide the serial number anymore. i would have to go in do a recode on the radio with their scan tools to make a new code. does anyone know of any way or chinese steal your car hack programs that can do this procedure? im not paying the 1 hr 155$+tax fee he told me it would cost. i haven't found much info on hacking the radio code Title: Re: b5 s4 symphony radio code Post by: k0mpresd on June 25, 2019, 08:19:21 AM 93c56 maybe, possibly labeled s220. read with a programmer.
