I started to translate the TTRS/ RS3 MED9.1.2 FR from german to english... Some of it may not be the correct translation, but I am trying... I am just getting started, and wanted to ask what modules would you like translated? Here is what I have so far... ME7 is pretty well translated plus there is an english Me7.3 too, however you can still try to translate some of the "lesser" modules of ME7.5. The majority of it is probably the same from the MED9 to the ME7, but i'm sure that there are some differences in the same modules.
