Title: How to adjust fuel trims closest to 0
Post by: professor on March 22, 2012, 04:27:22 PM
Using those values:

TVUB:
Code:
V:       7.9565 - 9.9988 - 11.9710 - 14.0105 -15.9858
()/ms: 1.1815 - 0.7178 - 0.4641 - 0.3094 - 0.22027

KRKTE:
Code:
0.04706
i had 4.8% on idle and 7.6% on partial.

After few adjustments on TVUB

Code:
V:       7.9565 - 9.9988 - 11.9710 - 14.0105 -15.9858
()/ms: 1.1948 - 0.7361 - 0.4881 - 0.3307 - 0.2454

in parallel to KRKTE
Code:
0.05150

i managed to adjust idle fuel trims to +0.8% (reading of block 32 Bank 1 after driving for 40km).
Also by doing those adjustments fuel trims in partial load where dropped from 7.6% to 5.5% by adjusting same maps.
How can i make partial fuel trims (high rev trims) richer in order to drop closest to 0?
I have siemens deka 630cc injectors.
I use for 3bar fpr the above values atm.

Would be a good way to higher TVUB on high voltage ms values by a small percentage?
Meaning:

Code:
V:       7.9565 - 9.9988 - 11.9710 - 14.0105 -15.9858
()/ms: 1.1948 - 0.7361 - 0.4981 - 0.3547 - 0.2615

Or is there a better way?

If you have a stock MAF/intake setup, adjust FKKVS.

If you have a non-stock MAF/intake setup, adjust KFKHFM

KFKHFM then.

Adding 4% to above 5000rpm && 150% did help and partial trims now are at 2.8%.
I ll do some km more before final adjustments.

Thanks for the tip nyet (http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=507).
