Title: UHFM_W Measurement Block
Post by: bamofo on January 03, 2020, 12:33:56 PM
I have been staring at the Bosch manual thumbing through all the references of UHFM_W or just UHFM to get the MAF voltage via a measurement block. But i cant find it. can someone confirm that it does not exist in there only output type for MAF signal is MSHFM_W

please.

Use me7info

I have the memory address of it. How do i figure out what the reporting group is in the ME7 PDF...

uhfm_w          , {MAFSensorVoltage}                , 0x380AF2,  2,  0x0000, {V}       , 0, 0,   0.00488281,      0, {HFM-Spannung}

So i can add a custom reporting group to VCDS. Nefmoto doesnt work on B6S4 (logging). I get it loaded and security access when i go to log. Visual logger gets an error code 4 when i go to start logging. Assuming the same issue. So last course was to try and log the 4 values i need in VCDS to get my Maf smoothing tool to work.

For error code 4 try using a different connection method.

To add custom measuring group read how its done on me9, and also check out Testercommuncation pages of the PDF.

I just went through all the cables i had till i got one to work with MElogger and gave up on that crap. I looked through the me7.1 BOSCH manual and couldnt find a reporting code in the (Erweiterte Steuerger¨ateidentifikation) section. Owell. If you can link me to me9 that would be cool to learn how to do.
