Title: Blown chip. Why? Post by: JakeGT on January 04, 2020, 12:46:19 PM Hi,
I had an old ECU so have been learning how to flash etc. I tried it in the car but managed to blow a chip. I used MPPS to write original map (matching hardware & software numbers) Immo off using Universal Decoding 3.2 I'm not sure what the chip is? We live and learn. ;D Title: Re: Blown chip. Why? Title: Re: Blown chip. Why? Post by: JakeGT on January 05, 2020, 07:39:00 AM How you manage to do this? Honestly I have no idea. I thought even with writing the wrong map etc it wouldn't be possible? The only thing I can think of is a bit of solder or wire was lose in the ECU ??? Title: Re: Blown chip. Why?
