NMAXDV "engine speed limit at fault of the vehicle speed signal" 0x1193E. The value in "DEC" divided by 4 will be your target. ex: if you want a rpm target 750rpm the value at the adress will be 750 x 4 = 3000 in "DEC" or 0BB8 in "HEX".
