Awesome, thanks for sharing the helpful links. PID controllers are awesome, the sooner people understand them, the sooner they can enjoy the awesomeness.

hey... can anybody explain me how to calibrate PI controller for lambda  closed loop. I m stuck with functions like kfrp, kfrap... m clueless.. can somebody explain all the functions and variables of Lambda controller PID...

What is wrong with the stock lambda PID?

Nothing if you are using stock hardware.

Hi tony,
Can u tell me what should be the profile of fr_w for best lambda pattern in closed loop. How should i calibrate my parameters in LR to get a smooth lambda profile?

Closed loop lambda should be 1 (14.7 AFR)

Anybody with experience in tuning boostcontrol PID with bigger turbo's ? What are your experience with the PID parameters?

Basically my lambda pattern is oscillating by 2-3% from the set point. this is as expected as it will be a continuous zig zag pattern about lambda=1 due to lambda controller. but this pattern is not smooth. i get rich and lean peaks often. how should i calibrate my pid  to get a smoother pattern about lamsol=1.
