Title: Info about max engine load reading (191%)
Post by: pieros_net on December 24, 2020, 01:40:30 AM
Hi guys,
Are there some Ecu me7.5 capable of reading more than 191% of engine load?
If yes, witch one? H- box is ok?

Thank you men
Regards

Any ECU with rl_w

goodmorning bro,
I did as you say, I have log "rl_w", but max load is around 210-215%
it is very low compared of actual power and maf reading of 300gr/sec

is it a ecu limiting or there are some wrong setup on the tuning?
RS4 maf is installed and scaled properly by the maf maps.

rl_w is directly proportional to the turbo pressure? because we are running at 3.2 bar, more the read limiting of 2.5.

thank again
ragards

You need 5120 mod for ECU if you want to run more than 2500 mbar absolute pressure.
Right now after 2500 your ECU is running blind. Timing and fueling are wrong.

thanks bro, I just did the hack.
now I have this problem:

RLSOL_W and RLMAX_W are << RLMX_W

KFMIRL is at row 100% = 310
LDRXL= 310
boost limiter at maximum 3.9mbar

what is limiting the load requested/corrected ?
