Hello.
I have engine from BMW x5 M62B44TU in E30 and Turbo'ed it at 0.5bar at the moment.
ECU is Bosch ME7.2 i have Funktionsrahmen for it and Damos for WinOls.

The problem is it looks like i have Ignition Interventions and my MAF is stuck at 1088.88kg/h, stock MAF in BIN is defined to 1561.20 at 4.99V but in Logs i can't pass 1088.88 so far disabled Ignition Interventions by editing CWZWE to 10, because 5 bit is for IDLE interventions, changed Throttle % because i had Throttle CUT and edited Maps like on Images Below.

I have run out of idea thats why i post it here.
Log and Maps included in attachments.

Every information i am basing of This forum or s4wiki but my ME7.2 is naturally aspirated engine so it doesn't have some Maps based on Boost.

MDIMX is set to 99,609%
MLMAX is set to 1510KG/h

Stock MAF Limit was set to 860KG/h.

why not under scale the maf to get more overhead for boost?

Thansk for reply, Hmm it is an option, should i put MAF in Larger Housing ? Or any idea how to do it in Software.
Also i have found Load Limit in .BIN but i am not sure Load is affecting my MAF stuck at 1088.88kg/h.

Found some info about ps_w limiting psmx_w but i have N/A Engine is it Build into MAF or calculated somehow ? Should i decrease KFURL map ?
KFURL (volumetric efficiency) to estimate a desired maximum load.

Does this ecu/file have something similar to MLOFS? Does ME7logger work with this? If yes log maf voltage and you will see if you maxed the MAF out, that limit you are seeing could be a diagnostic limit.

ps_w and etc arent the issue for now I think, if the modules are similar to ME7.3 then you already have the load capped by a hard number which you will have to find in IDA and change it higher so you can actually request more load, there are a few topics on here about this. The other option is underscaling the MAF but that brings other issues.

Me7.2 has MLOFS its HFM Offset stock at 200 didnt touch it. I was wondering if i can make it 0.

I dont have Ecu file for ME7 logger or even addresses for those variables. Load is between 70-90% doesnt looks like its capped but i found already Hardlimit for Load in Ida i can change it anyway.

Well did you run Me7info yet, see if it chucks out any kind of ecu file? Leave the offset alone, if you need a bigger housing then you gotta find and fit one :D, hence checking maf voltage.

Well, i have A2L for other Software Version but addresses of Variables are the same so i can log anything. But i couldnt get ME7Logger to connect to the car even it Created ECU File but only with 2 variables, i will attach image with error.

Also i have edited 10AAh (AA 10) rl / rl_w / rfges_w limits to 2154h (54 21) and made LOG couldnt notice anything special, only DK-Potentiometer errors appears with this mod (with stock AA 10 DK-Poti doesnt appear in error lists).

What am i missing in ME7Logger ?

Log is 2gear->3gear->4gear pulls.

Are you sure you changed the right caps, because there are multiple and one (surprise) is for the throttle valve checking or something along those lines. Back when I was messing about with this without IDA,had the same error but on 7.5 it didnt even let me start the car, so I am surprised you could.

Try logging without visualme7 for now, but the ECU file needs to be setup correct or it wont work.

EDIT: Oh yeah this log is completely busted, the formatting is all wrong, you need to check the ecu file.

The Log is made in "TestO" Logger format ma be different but i am using in MegalogViewer and everything is fine.

About correct Limiters i am not sure, just found some guy changed #10AAh in R32 me7 Thread.
In my ME7.2 disassembly we can see "rl", "rl_w" with some #10AAh (Attachment).

There will be IDA Disassembly (Load #10AAh value) and 2 errors in ME7Logger.
I can try McMessLoggerEvo tomorrow but i will see only HEX Values, and i need to know what to log.

Ok so Logging Programs doesn't wotk at all. I have to dig again.
Yesterday rescaled my MAF to MAF + 1kOhm resistor, my range is now extended and logged max ~1070kg/h which is now 3.5V so its not about MAF Voltage because i still have strong Ignition Interventions.
I am thinking of Rescale MAF again with Divisor of 2 and Divide load axis by 2, i did this in Siemens MS41 and everything works for 1.5year for now with Turbo BUT i neved done it on my Bosch ME7.2, Any info what maps should i Divide ?

btw. noticed that KFMIRL map i've had last rows (70/80/90/100) like +50/+100/+150 and I've had Alooot Interventions, today decreased it to Almost Stock and  Ignition Raised alot example from 12/14 to around 21 O.o

Looking for any info.

Make sure to disable ENTIRE ARMD/MSR Functions (All Threesholds) :)
