Should I change cat model or the original one is good for the new cat? What would be the point? I don't have EGT sensor, so the SW calculate it. That's why I asked that should I change cat model to have better EGT calculation. For me the tabgbts seems a little bit high. I don't have rear O2 sensor. I've disabled it with ESKONF. It seems it is working, I don't have errors. S4 wiki I found that: LAMBTS (1. use temperature in exhaust manifold for BTS enrichment instead of precat 2. Enable LAMBTS only on high exhaust manifold temperatures - ignore cat/precat temperatures): CWLAMBTS.2 = 1 DTBTS = 0 TKATBTS = F(max) TIKATBTS = F(max) Should I do that? As I wrote I made characteristic measuerements. The atteched picture was with 95% WG DC. I've attached the 70% one. But the tabgbts seems too high. I know that this is the manifold modeled temperature but I saw similar config(same turbo with same boost and same lamba control) with EGT sensor and there the temperature was max 850C. So the EGT should be between tabgm and tabgbts(currently tabgkrm_w because CWLAMBTS.2 =1) Title: Re: CAT model for 100 cell Post by: aef on September 13, 2021, 12:53:50 AM install a real egt probe ::)
