Title: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 16, 2012, 06:34:16 AM Hey,
I am in the middle of switching to an M-box ECU and the only DTC i can't figure how to code out is the following: 17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit P1473 - 35-00 - - European models do not have a EVAP Leak Detection Pump. Any ideas? Thanks Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: elRey on May 16, 2012, 07:49:10 AM ESKONF
Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: masterj on May 16, 2012, 09:01:18 AM zero out CLALDPE.
Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 16, 2012, 12:45:55 PM zero out CLALDPE. Do you happen to know the address of CLALPDE in an M-box code i don't see it in any XDF files, I can only see CDLDP.Thanks Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: elRey on May 16, 2012, 01:04:11 PM zero out CLALDPE. I don't think this will address the 'Open Circuit' DTC. Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: masterj on May 16, 2012, 01:08:08 PM I don't think this will address the 'Open Circuit' DTC. it will disallow me7 to store DTCs: P1471, P1472 and P1473 Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 17, 2012, 12:03:49 AM it will disallow me7 to store DTCs: P1471, P1472 and P1473 Can you give me some pointers please? Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: masterj on May 17, 2012, 12:40:39 AM Can you give me some pointers please? just zero out map I've said earlier Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 17, 2012, 12:57:14 AM just zero out map I've said earlier Sure, I would do that, but I can't seem to find that map in any of the xdf files available for the M-box, that's why I would like to know the address of the MAP so I can add it to the XDF. Thanks Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: masterj on May 17, 2012, 02:35:58 AM Sure, I would do that, but I can't seem to find that map in any of the xdf files available for the M-box, that's why I would like to know the address of the MAP so I can add it to the XDF. But it still tests for open circuit, it just doesn't store the error. ESKONF change will remove valve from open circuit testing. Does that sound reasonable? Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: elRey on May 18, 2012, 06:17:58 AM ESKONF is 7 bytes (7x1)
Do you have the ME7 doc? Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 21, 2012, 11:05:12 AM ESKONF is 7 bytes (7x1) Do you have the ME7 doc? No i do not have the doc :( Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rob.mwpropane on May 21, 2012, 07:11:18 PM Yes you do! Thanks There is a G-Box XDF posted here somewhere that shares many (all?) of the M-Box addresses but is better defined. All the EVAP stuff is defined in that XDF. Either use that or copy the addresses to your M-Box XDF Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: rnagy86 on May 28, 2012, 09:16:18 AM There is a G-Box XDF posted here somewhere that shares many (all?) of the M-Box addresses but is better defined. Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: pudeleq on June 30, 2018, 08:39:28 AM Hello, sorry for digging topic, but I need address for CLALDPE for M-box, because of DTC P1473. I want to zero it out. I'm trying with ESKONF, but it doesn't work. Thanks for help!
Title: Re: code "17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Open Circuit" out Post by: pudeleq on June 30, 2018, 08:51:13 AM I found it. CLALDPE is 0x10712, works perfectly
