Title: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on July 30, 2021, 11:40:25 AM Hi all.
My 1.8t works with a dsg dq250 from 3 weeks. I made the cluster to see the vehicle speed , read from abs but ecu not receive this info. In log with me7logger vfil is 0. Did exist any variables to log the speed from abs or can make something for ecu receive the speed from abs too like instrument cluster does? Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: _nameless on July 30, 2021, 12:21:31 PM Hi all. cwggvfzg =2 My 1.8t works with a dsg dq250 from 3 weeks. Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on July 30, 2021, 11:59:06 PM Thanks. I will try today. In log must add vfzg variable to see the speed or i'll see in vfil?
Now i removed dtc for vehicle speed sensor , do you think with cwggvfzg i'll not have the error? Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: _nameless on July 31, 2021, 05:28:01 AM Thanks. I will try today. In log must add vfzg variable to see the speed or i'll see in vfil? 0=vss from trans speed sensor (cel for missing sensor) and signal only from trans vss. 1=vss and CAN. And will have a cel for missing sensor. 2= only Can no cel for missing speed sensor Now i removed dtc for vehicle speed sensor , do you think with cwggvfzg i'll not have the error? Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on July 31, 2021, 11:46:58 PM THANKS a lot! made 2 i have speed in log, in vfil and vfzg too! Today will put back the dtc witch i removed!
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on August 06, 2021, 08:18:00 AM Speed works ok. Thanks Marty!
Other issues after mounted dq250 with me7.5 is with abs. I don't had any problem/errors before mount the dsg with my abs. I used my old file with some cw_can modifications but for gearbox, not touched the abs bits! I modified cw_can because i had in engine in vcds next error: 18020 - Engine Control Module Incorrectly Coded P1612 - 35-00 - Now i have this error on abs in vcds and for engine no errors: 01314 - Engine Control Module 013 - Check DTC Memory Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on August 14, 2021, 01:54:48 AM Abs error resolved, it was from coding of CWKONFZ!
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: JMEILLEUR on May 11, 2022, 03:24:11 AM Hi your project interests me. do you still have the files? bin of ecu that you have modified?
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on April 26, 2026, 10:56:58 PM Someone made logs on dsg? I have on it low "engine torque nm". With torque intervention stock, i have maximum 234 nm at 6000 rpm where in ecu log i have 2.5 bar boost (real) and approximate 270 % load. With torque intervention disabled in ecu file i had maximum 380nm (the limit of dq250). I specify , i increased all torque limits in dsg file and ecu had MDNORM 600. With this problem i don't have enought pressure on clutches. I have maximum 12bar even if i increased them to 16 bar. For this the car don't make speed and feel like slipping. I tried also my ecu file with maf and without maf. Same things. i attached ecu log and vcds dsg log. Some advice please!
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: fknbrkn on April 28, 2026, 12:04:58 AM dq software should be modified to run up to 18 bar / 650nm clutch pressure
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on April 28, 2026, 03:09:42 AM Thanks fknbrkn, but forgot to wrote , dq250 file is modified with rised limits of torque to 640 and 21bar pressure. If wasn't it not leave to make boost, like a stock file the power is limited , but now only what i saw the pressure is not made more than 12bar. I found somewhere on vcds dq250 can not report more than 410nm, even if the car had more. Is it true?
Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: fknbrkn on April 29, 2026, 12:31:44 PM its diagnosis limit
fix irl/iop youve got torque intervention with the migs_w i believe which is result of clutch slip Title: Re: 1.8t with dsg dq250 Post by: tao13 on May 04, 2026, 01:07:15 PM Thanks again fknbrkn. I think i have a problem with dsg. I can not finish basic settings on 061. It not finish with ON, and 136 and 141 not execute from 1 to 4 on block 3. I pushed the dsg file with more amps, but nothing.
