I am trying to turn off the IMMO on the above ECU. The IC is loaded to a gq-4x4 and I have successfully read the file and saved it. Im just not sure what I need to modify here to turn it off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I usually use vagdashcan to turn off IMMOs but it would not take for this one. After some research I learned that the IC needed to be removed from the board and read separately, so thats where I am at. I just dont know what changes to make before rewriting and soldering back to the board. When writing this file to the IC, should I just overwrite whats on there, or erase whats on there, blank check, then write? Ive only used this for writing new ICs for TDI remaps. Thanks for the help!

Search for ddillengers post regarding the EEPROM Death Code that has been updated for allroad users. He already shared images that show exactly where, and how, to manually deactivate the immobilizer yourself. The 5P08C3 EEPROM found on the ME7.1.1 ECU has twice the memory space as the 95040 or 95080 EEPROMs contain, even though only the first half (512) is used for data. The remainder of the data field should contain "FF".
