Title: ME7.5 ECU Doesn't start up second key cycle
Post by: Sandstorm3k on September 01, 2021, 11:43:56 AM
Weird problem I've encountered with an ECU i got from the scrapyard. It's a wideband 1024mb ECU, and with -adapted- EDIT: OFFED immo and my software it starts the car once. After cycling the key off en trying to start it again - it's completely dead no response, no check engine light nothing.

When you take the ecu out for a moment probably a few minutes and try again it will work again just for one start. After which it will not work again.

Any ideas what's causing this strange behavior? When its running it's totally fine.

Hmm thanks very much for the quick answer - but i don't quite understand

I've taken an IMMO 3 file eeprom which i immo'd off myself (and used before with succes) which comes from i believe a 2003 Leon 032HN and i've paired it with the 032HN 0002 stock binary (edited to my needs). How come this problem arises? The ECU is NOT a 032HN but i believe all wideband boards to be the same.
