Title: Anyone could check my .bin for Proper N112/RearO2/N249/SAI Delete? 06A906032HN
Post by: Fabioo on September 29, 2021, 01:22:17 PM
Hello, engine is in Golf GTI MK1 and all of those valves are removed from engine bay, trying to remove them from ECU.
The problem is i've had No Throttle Reponse and weird bounce idle with BIN NR:1.

BIN NR: 2 is my new proposition for tomorrow for flash is it correctly removed?

Definition for TunerPro and both Binaries with removed valves in attachment.

Error in ecu : P1297

Also on friend's ECU which he bought for alot $$ with all of the unnecessary stuff removed the car is working 100%.

Both Bins are Checksum corrected.
Thanks.

Make sure the ecu is not damaged. If the lambda sensors short out it burns up the ground trace for the throttle pedal

Before those valve was removed from engine bay, the engine was runing fine on this ecu with only front o2 connected so i think its ok.

In my opinion software as you try to modified is not a virgin flash.
Section PROKON was modified in both of this bin. files.
Additionally in file "No throttle response" from adres 0x0168D4 is sometring strange values.
I suggest to you search an vrgin flash for HN ecu and do all mods from the begining.

I did another Try with file found on the web (STOCK) but without success, i've had 0 Errors (none DTC removed) and engine wont rev.
But i have managed to clone 2nd ecu which Friend had edited (all of those valves removed) and it is working now, no idea what was wrong in my file...

I've been researching how to do this on my 032HS and this gives me a great sanity check. Thanks for posting this!
Just compared to the stock file http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=286.0

It is a symthome of a burned ecu. I think the ground for throttle and lambda sensor is down!
