Have those ever been added to your XDF's? Could I just take your base XDF and tack them on? I realize that the .bin file itself needs to have the assembly code hacked to add the routine itself, but I was wondering about this myself. It feels like NLS/ALS is here to stay now for our community as a whole, but when your map-packs get updated, the community NLS/ALS doesn't get updated per se.
Then again, we aren't a huge linux distribution or anything, but I guess I'm wondering if you think it would be best to merge those features into the "standard map pack" aka whatever you release... (ha!) Title: Re: Audi S4 2.7T ME7.1.1 8D0907551M 20080409 Post by: nyet on August 25, 2011, 11:30:37 PM I haven't decided yet...

I could have sworn I saw it in some of the other XDF's floating around.

Too many changes to document. I tried to gather as much "this will be in the next mappack" information as possible from the various tuning threads (KR fueling, torque intervention, etc. etc.) Most notably, I have added setzi's AL/NLS locations Also I have added xml XDF support to my map pack converter, so all of these mappacks are in the new format. There are also a bunch of various fixes to row/column labels, precision (esp RPM, which tended to overflow protuner cells), etc. etc. |
