The ECU sends no Response. (Thats not the ECU i postet last Year) My own ECU runs great. In Bootmode its also not Stable. Sometimes it crashes after i try to connect. i´ve checked EEPROM and Flash. EEProm is fine also CS. But the File what i got from the ECU is Special, never saw something like this. checked the File with me7sum: Quote Step #1: Reading ROM info .. Possible reasons of trouble: 1. Line on pcboard beetween CPU pin 114 and flash chip pin 25 is broken (lost or shorten to something) 2. Flash is bad (data line DQ12 not work) 3. Like i wrote, i always check my Files with ME7Sum, thats the normal procedure if you check it. CPU port pin 114 has burnt or broken inside chip Do you have some measurements for the CPU Pin 114? (Ohm`s) It could be possible that someone tried to get in to Bootmode and Shortet Pin 24&25. |
