Title: knock voltage , other issue near BTS
Post by: tao13 on November 07, 2021, 07:52:27 AM
In a BAM file , 018H another fucking problem.
Knock voltage goes to 56 with error appears 16712  knock sensor G1 - P0328 35-10 Signal too high - intermmitent, but at this value i have WKRMA maximum -3
rkrn_w was 55 for cylinder 3 , 42 for cylinder 1 a for 2 abd 4 was 34.
dwkrz for cylinders 1,2,4 was -3  and only for cylinder 3 was -6
These values at 2.6bar boost with impecable fuel!

Torque knock sensors correctly to 20Nm with a torque wrench, not by hand - they are too tight or too loose.

They was made one year ago when i build engine and was verified again 2 month ago.
I will try to change sensors, i have this error from time to time from one year ago with new engine. Maybe some resonance from some inlet line or exhaust can make this error, but but if voltage is too high i think must see retards more than -3? Right?

Voltage is only referring to engine noise. It is averaged.
There is no relation between knock retard and voltage.
