Title: Requested boost too low on low RPM Post by: roman_tyk on December 13, 2021, 06:30:51 AM hello folks,
Could someone check why my boost request is around 1.35b instead of 1.5 starting from 3000rpm? I have HW setup prepared for 600hp with rs6 hybrid turbos, i want to request 1.55 from 3prm to 7rpm. Currently something is blocking 3-4k rpm my load request. I don't know which map Added IOP/IRL/LDRXN map in attachament and me7logs. Thanks in advance. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk what you mean? irl max value 247, LDRXn starting from 2500rpm 239. Title: Re: Requested boost too low on low RPM Post by: prj on December 13, 2021, 08:29:19 AM Looks like this isn't 5120. So not much else to discuss here.
You also don't understand IRL/IOP. Have fun with your timing intervention. Have fun with your timing intervention. don't need 5120 to run 1.5bar (boost on map sensor line). IRL/IOP conversion comes from me7 wizard tune, those are not random values :) LDRXNs adjusted only for tests. I will check LDPBN and LDORXN and corresponding maps. Thanks. Title: Re: Requested boost too low on low RPM Post by: prj on December 13, 2021, 10:34:03 AM don't need 5120 to run 1.5bar (boost on map sensor line). If you say so. Why do you care about request then? As the PID can't work anyway. Turn it off and then it doesn't matter what the request is, problem solved, right?Quote IRL/IOP conversion comes from me7 wizard tune, those are not random values :) Useless tool if it generates these values. It's not inverse.Looks like you got it all figured out here though. So why you posting here? but first of all try going thru the wiki / fr a few more times to understand the relation between IOP and IRL else like prj said or your timing will look like a sawblade. Running on sensor/ps_w edge is bad idea. Title: Re: Requested boost too low on low RPM Post by: roman_tyk on December 14, 2021, 11:51:37 AM IOP and IRL not sure about this. Tested few irl/iop maps. Still no luck with load request around 1.5b at 3-3.5krpm. I have 4z7551N maybe this sw version need some additional tricks. I need to have most problematic functions in me7 disabled to achieve flat boost and timing (to get 600-900ps) Title: Re: Requested boost too low on low RPM Post by: prj on January 14, 2022, 07:34:02 PM I need to have most problematic functions in me7 disabled to achieve flat boost and timing (to get 600-900ps) Disable yourself ;DBut on more serious note, you need 5120 to get anywhere close to those power ranges. Or just yolo underscale MAF and open loop boost. You also need a built engine. I wish you luck though. You don't seem to understand anything at all - not even how to make a Stage 1 tune, and you are trying to do a lot more complex shit than that. Btw it's no difference if you run 1.5 bar or 2.5 bar, it's all the same to the ECU since it can't control anything anyway. So does not matter what request is, CWMDAPP to 8 and go nuts. |
