Title: I can't change the lambda 1.8t bfb 8e0909518al
Post by: michalek510 on February 15, 2022, 01:35:01 PM
Hello,
I would like to get the eco afr in my car to be around 15-15.1 but I can't seem to get past the 14.7 level, no matter what is in the software. I tried to change FBSTABGM, KFLBTS but car is not responding either. What is still holding me up? 1.8t bfb 8e0909518al

Die you ever tuned a car before? KFLBTS is a safe zone for your engine … in this area runs the car if your engine is to hot…

You can also mess with the lambda linearization, but then you need external lambda to see what the real afr is :P
Code patch is the correct way tho.

Although this 14.7 to 15 is a waste of time. You're not gonna save any noticeable amount of fuel.
Different story on LPG where you can run 17-18 afr without the engine misfiring.

With LPG on 1.8T I get about 0.5L/100km lover compustion driving on 16-17 AFR
Not too much diferenece.

You can change linearization for lambda, but than you will have problem on petrol

Not worth any work
