Easiest to just use a tool that already has a database to be honest.

The vehicle model is Skoda octavia 2017, the DTCs are read by CAN tool via SID19 directly. FR, diagnostic ODX / PDX from a file dump, or diagnostic database from a commercial tool or ODIS. Easiest to just use a tool that already has a database to be honest.
