Title: limit pvdk_w 4050mBar
Post by: Nik62 on December 26, 2022, 03:32:56 PM
Hi all. I have a 1.8t bigturbo engine. me 7.5 Hack 5120, alpha-n, Map 5000mbar 0.5-4.5V. When the pressure pvdk_w exceeds 4050 mbar, pvdk_w and msdk-w decrease sharply to 0.
Tell me what could be the problem?
I post the log time 233.891

I can't post the log. Here is the link to the file

Convert to MAF.

alpha n sucks ass. You're wasting your time. If you can't fix it yourself, you're not going to get anywhere, since to get it working you'll need to know how to disassemble yourself, which means you should already know all of the possible pvdk/msdk calc paths, and ram locations that you can log to debug it.

I have no doubt you were already told not to use alpha-n

there is no way to put maf.

In such case you can convert to speed density.

maybe a problem in kfldhbn 3.99?

Yes. But I think that you will get 3 bar boost limit. Anyway you can just disable KFLDHBN use. And it's about limiting not about boost calculation.
You should log fpvdk_w, fpvdkds_w, fkmsdk_w and so on.

You should log fpvdk_w, fpvdkds_w, fkmsdk_w and so on.

fpvdk_w, fpvdkds_w, fkmsdk_w are registered in the log. simultaneously with pvdk-w blocks fkmsdk_w, but this is because fkmsdk_w depends on pvdk_w
kfldhbn boost calculation disabled. The log shows that the boost request is greater than 4000 mbar. Don't know how to disable the actual kfldhbn restriction? Document me 7.5 does not describe the process of blocking pvgk via kfldhbn.

You should have thought of that before taking on this project.

Can you help me somehow with my problem? I don't need to tell you that alpha-n is bad, I know that very well myself. All racing cars work without maf. You don't need to tell me that you need to install a sports ecu, I myself know very well. I asked a question how to bypass pvdk blocking on ecu 7.5, please answer only on this issue!

I did not take on any project, this is my personal car. I don't make money on ECU tuning. I built it myself and am trying to set it up.

All racing cars work without maf

1) that absolutely isn't true
2) the ones that are running properly are using speed density, not alpha-n

which makes it a project *you* took on.

You should have planned for either speed density or MAF. I know you think "all i need is one answer" but you are flat out wrong. You're going to be chasing one problem after another.
