I use 4mm² wiring for an Walbro 535 that draws a little more than 20A at high pressure (high engine load). Title: Re: AWG fuel pump Golf 4 GTI Post by: _nameless on March 10, 2023, 11:23:32 AM If you want to do it proper, run a wire 12 or 10 gauge with a inline fuse block directly from the battery positive battery terminal and use a 30 amp relay to switch the power on and off. Use the original fuel pump power supply to power the coil on the new 30 amp relay. Run normally open from the relay to the new fuel pump and ground the new fuel pump to the chassis. Its quite easy
