Title: Me7eeprom_st10.exe port question Post by: Rick81 on July 14, 2023, 02:39:31 AM Hi today ive finally had the time to sitdown and do some learning . So ive download the me7eeprom file gone in to the command section and had a good luck
tested with out connecting to the car to see if ive got it correct and i have .It says open then closes which is fine i know its not connected to the car .But when it finishes it comes up with port one . Is it a must it has to run on port one ? on my laptop i only have to usb ports and no matter which port i plug into they say port 3 in device manager even though i try and switch it to port 1 kind regards Title: Re: Me7eeprom_st10.exe port question Post by: Rick81 on July 14, 2023, 07:50:13 PM This is where I'm at with this .
It says to select baud rate 9600 . In the picture below I'm getting opening com port 1...unable to open comport closing port 1 .
