Title: 1.8T AVJ Conversion Returnless fuel 4bar to FPR 4bar Post by: Fabioo on October 23, 2023, 10:47:04 AM Hello, i am trying to convert A4 B6 1.8T AVJ from Returnless 4BAR to FPR Regulated 4BAR.
Found out that i have to change in software those variables: - CWPKAPP from 0 to 1. - FRLFSDP everything in map should be 1 Measured fuel pressure and on idle it is 3.5bar and with boost something around 5.2bar+- At idle the car is going +10 STFTs and when i am part throttle it is somewhere from -5 to +5 but at WOT it is -20 and even -25 so it still calculates like it is not with FPR. right after FKKVS map According to my definitcion CWPKAPP 0x18ED5 1x1 8bit - Application code word for pressure reference fuel pressure regulator in your BIN file this map is set to 1 but in my file is 0. Now i`m bit confused which map definition is wrnog here? BTW if you post your BIN file it`s will be very helpfull to add maps definiction as well. 0x1D72A Einspritzkorrektur bei RLFS also the CWPKAPP is 0 in my current tuned file. here screenshot anyone idea how to modify AXIS for FPR ? This screenshot is from the TuneFile friend is driving right now with unplugged(intake signal) 4bar FPR. -EDIT- Found damos from VW Passat 1.8T AWT engine which also have 4BAR FPR and copied maps so i end up with this: CWPKAPP = 0 FRLFSDP = Whole map 1.00000 |
