Title: Changing injectors to 320cc, appropriate values for KRKTE TVUB
Post by: arkadiuszstrugala0 on February 17, 2024, 12:18:51 PM
Hello,

I installed 320cc injectors 0280156061 on my 1.8t AVJ, which came from my second car, a 1.8t BEX. I used the appropriate values in KRKTE and TVUB from the original file from the car that had these 320cc injectors. After that, the car barely started and ran erratically, the values are strangely different from each other, it seems to me that one of the xdf is incorrect.
I tried to use the KRKTE calculator, the calculated value: 0.10182, the original value: 0.10356, I left the original values in TVUB, as a result, the car had problems with starting, but it started, but it did not run as smoothly at idle as it was on the old smaller ones. injectors.
Can anyone share the correct definition for both KRKTE and TVUB files, or give me the correct values I should use?
I am attaching the original bin and xdf files of the car in which I replaced the injectors 8E0909518M, and the original file from the second car from which the injectors come 8E0909518AN

1. the injectors you fitted are not 320cc, they have flow about 301 cc/min (217 g/min n-heptane),
2. i dont wanna to open those bins and check for values, but with rule of the finger you should have about 0,0909 krkte with those (265/301*0,10356...)
3. doesn't your engine have returnless fuel system?

Here i made it for you. I can't help you with tunerpro because i'm working with WinOLS

I used the Values from another BEX file.
KRKTE 0.0925

TVUB 1.35     0.82        0.55         0.39              0.27

Checksum corrected with ME7Correction

For a returnless Fuel system you must correct FKKVS and FRLFSDP.

Tell me if it works.
