is there any variant of the ME7 awaiting a cable/signal on pin 67 to work? I only know this from ME7.5 1.8t where the ecu will work and just showing a DTC. The cable is not needed. Currently working on a BHE V6/R32 which has this pin 67 in the wiring diagram. Car shows no rpm when cranking. Do i have to connect something there when swapping into another chassis? On ME7.5 i know that you dont have to connect it and the car will run. For ME7.1.1 or others i am looking for information if this cable is needed and if i can connect it to 31 or 15 or what todo. The car doesnt show rpm when cranking and i dont know if this is related. We will try new crank sensor because he only bought the engine and we didnt know if it was running.
