I found basic map for Passat 1.9tdi BKC, can i write it to golf 5 with 1.9tdi bkc? If the SW versions are identical and are read/written by the same tool it is possible. But i would always prefer to read the file from the ecu and change data in the file coming from the ECU. Then you are always on the safer side of things.
