Im in a bit of a pickle ive converted my sons car from Auto to Manual . All went well to till it came to the software, i have a warning triangle on the speedo display the code relating to it when i use vcds is 01315 transmission control module missing.I dont have an access code to get into it to change from Auto to manual . Also been reading that it might not even be possible. My engine code is BFQ 06A906033Bl4578 Simos33 _1.6l_2v-20220901-011528 I believe this might be the manual file number 06A906033DM Simos33 1.6l 2v 00HS5791 only i dont have the file. i dont suppose any one has a file or one that would work to do away with the warning triangle please Kind regards Title: Re: Simos 3.3 Bfq Manual file Post by: gremlin on December 31, 2024, 08:57:46 AM Yes. You can't recode 033BL ecu for use with manual transmission
You should reflash ecu with another firmware. Below is 06A906033DM firmware for MT in two formats Raw flash 29F400 chip dump and Simos 3 format file with swapped bits. |
